RockAuto sent me the wrong part and wont accept return because it is passed their 30day return policy. Ordered brake rotors few moths back. Had them stored until my car tells me to replace brakes (Car has brake wear sensors). When tried to replace new rotors won't fit. Contacted Rockauto via email (only way for customer support) but they didn't accept the responsibility for sending me the wrong part (Their site still lists the same part for my vehicle). Only reply I got was order passed 30day return policy and cannot do anything. Then they closed the support ticket without reaching a conclusion and now won't respond to my mails. Worst customer experience. I'm stuck with $250 door stoppers.
