Great prices but customer service seems a bit scat...

Great prices but customer service seems a bit scattered as in you can't get the same answer to the same question from any 2 of them. Credit cards get charged or held even though it says you still need to pay the bill....they do refund it so they don't keep it but is extremely difficult to place order . They keep saying card address don't match then you wait for them to return money and try again with everything double and triple checked and still a no go. GOOD LUCK. IF YA HAVE PATIENCE YOU CAN SAVE A LOT OF MONEY . IF YA DONT I WOULDNT EVEN TRY
