I am sure RockAutro has a great selection of parts and I am sure they are cheap cheap . . . but when the moment comes something goes wrong with the product you bought from them they have a very clear company strategy of No Customer service. You can not call them at all and do an exchange and the web-site technology is so dated and it makes it as hard as possible to return something. The only time I was able to get ahold of someone is when I replied to a e-newsletter and that ended as quick as it started. I would be more than willing to pay a few bucks more for a part so a human could answer the phone and help me return the wrong part your web-site SAID was the right part for my vehicle. In fairness I did wait over 30 days to install the part but they sent me the wrong part and WHY RISK it? Why risk buying parts from a company that won't even do an exchange when Amazon or other local Auto Parts stores for a few extra bucks have a MUCH better return policy. Live and Learn.
