I'm not sure if I can give them zero stars since I have never been able actually get anyone to pick up the phone to answer a questing that might take 3 minutes to answer. I've called their customer service number 3 times and was put on hold from between 25 and 45 minute each time until I was forced to hang up because I had to go back to work. I am at this moment on hold again, this time for 109 minutes currently and still no response. I have paid them in excess of $17,000 in premium over the years, you think the least they can do is be available when a customer has a benefits question. On their website it actually states, "Better Outcomes, Lower Costs, Happy Clients..." . Yeah. I have to waste time on a day off to call my insurance company, sound like a happy client?
