Very unprofessional staff. I received a message stating that I needed to call them back immediately. When I did, I got a generic answering machine. A gentleman called me back a few days later and started the conversation with how I owe money to a credit card processing company. I tried to explain that our business had been closed since 2015 and that I did not understand what he was talking about and questioned as to why I am just getting this information. He replied that several letters had been sent to the business address and multiple emails with no response. Since there was no response from us, the issue was sent to his collection company. He then started to raise his voice and tried bullying me into 'just pay us...You do not want bed credit do you... you owe this money....just pay us" I finally had to yell over his voice, I told him to shut and stop trying to bully me and that I had heard nothing from the company who said I owed them money. I asked that since he had my phone number, why had no one from either company try to call me. He went right back to telling me how my credit was going to suffer and that I should just realize I owe the money and to pay him. I hung up on him. I called the credit card processing company and they have no information regarding this company and there is no outstanding bill that I owe them. These kind of companies are such pieces of .......
