I attempted to get a finalized employment verification and received zero help. I was informed to submit through Tenstreet, which I did, and then was further advised they do not authorize a response until Friday. This process takes less that 30 seconds; I do this everyday. Anyone who is in this industry knows that competent drivers get hired extremely fast-having to wait a full week for this response speaks to this companies incapable operations ability. Please take caution when doing business with this organization.
