Tried to book a multi-site package through them. WARNING: An "audio tour" does *NOT* include the *ACTUAL* tour somehow. Called to complain when I got the confirmation that informed me of this and was cut off in the middle of speaking by the receptionist who was extraordinarily rude to me. She put me on hold and my wife answered when she came back because I was currently driving. My wife pointed out that it was unacceptable to be rude to a customer, which the receptionist thought was excused because she was "very busy". My wife told her she didn't care if the lady was busy, it was her job and started to yell at her because that was even more unacceptable of an excuse. Directly in the middle of my wife speaking, the woman just puts my wife on hold without another word and proceeded to disappear for about 10 minutes. When the phone was answered again, it was a manager who was very helpful and refunded our money since the package description was misleading. Rather than give them your money, look on Groupon. Their prices are better anyway and it's better not to give this company your money if you can avoid it.
