Front office staff is great. They work with us to schedule appointments so they don t conflict with school or school activities. Additionally, they work with us to coordinate dental appointments and go so far as to contact the dentist office on our behalf (with my permission, of course) to get the details sorted. My son really likes the way Dr. Ensley communicates with him.

The only negative is the turnover in the technician staff. There is one very good one and we get her about half the time. The other half seems to be a rotating group.

Overall, I would recommend and use Ensley Orthodontics again.
