I have asked a few times for a personal trainer. They put me on a list but never once have I received a call then when I last went back the girl told me to get in touch with him myself. Then they promised classes and emails on the classes and I only recieved one email on a bike class. I have not seen anything they promised me. I would like to cancel my contact because I haven't been there in a minute. Yes the gym is clean but where are the people at they just stand around the counter. And no trainer in sight.
