Canyon Creek cannot provide a timeline on when I can expect to see my $3495 refund. This is a very poorly run business with awful communication.

Update 9/5/2020 still no refund.

Update 3/9/2021 Canyon Creek never made good on my refund. I m still on their mailing list and get emails that they are still trying to get other people their refunds. My credit card company took care of me in this situation thankfully Canyon Creek did nothing but give me the runaround and I would still be without my $3495.
