I went into the dealership for what I was told would be a 1 hour repair on the hood of my car. It took 3 mechanics 2.5 hours to open the hood of my car to make the repair, even though I d just opened my hood to fill my wiper fluid the weekend prior. I ended up stuck at the dealership for 3 hours total, did receive updates on my car until after the first hour or so and ended up paying $500 total for the experience.
