The service here is TOP-NOTCH!! From start to finish, the service was EXCELLENT! Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and polite. This vacation exceeded all expectations and it was all due to the welcoming, FRIENDLY SERVICE provided by Hard Rock Hotel staff!
