My son goes to this hospital, and normally, he is happy with the care. However, today, he had an appointment in the same day surgery unit. He showed up at the scheduled time, and they did all the pre-op preparation. Then, when he was brought into the operating suite, they discovered that one person on the team who couldn't be replaced, was not present. That's why I gave only three stars. This, apparently, wasn't due to a sudden emergency. It was just a mix up in scheduling. At least they told him the truth about it. That's a good thing.

My son had an appointment today, and I went there with him. He was late for the appointment, but they saw him anyway. He had two physicians. They spoke to us about his condition and answered all of our questions. His patient advocate also spent time with us. We were pleased with the care. I increased the number of stars in this review to five
