Worst service ever......I was on the phone for 1 h...

Worst service ever......I was on the phone for 1 hour nothing was resolved and the person said I'll have someone call you back right away and no one called back so I tried to get hold of another person and I really went through a goose chase to solve my problem and still waiting........no one should ever use this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Giving one star very reluctantly since they don't even deserve that
