This was the first Tribe studio that I visited before the other two had even opened and it provided me with the most welcoming and comfortable yoga experience I had ever had in Edinburgh. I hadn't done much yoga before but the teachers put me instantly at ease. I really took myself out of my comfort zone by taking yin classes here when I'm so used to never letting myself slow down but Tessa's classes are an absolute dream and never fail to make me feel amazing.
