I highly recommend Donna and her team to help anyone with a labor dispute. We were part of a class action lawsuit going against a career college that had 17 schools nationwide. Donna was professional, moral and showed the true passion it takes to be successful in her field.
Even though we did not win our suit, the judge in open court basically told the corporate executives on trail that they were deceptive and slimmy! OK, maybe not in those exact words, but to us that is exactly what it sounded like. They hid behind one case law that the judge could not overlook. It did though take the judge a full month to make his final decision and in my heart I know he was thinking hard about ruling against the previous case law.
Karma got the best of them as less than a year later they had to shut their doors down and close up shop. I know Donna played a small part in making that happen.
