I was a bit disappointed with concierge. I planned to have some amenities put in my room. The day of check in the room was ready, amenities never arrived. Bought some pins from the hotel shop, $18 plus tax. They were not bagged well and so the pins got scratched up. They would not exchange the scratched pins. I went into the shop and they are selling defective scratched pins full price. Not quite the hard rock I know.
