I have worked for numerous experimental companies across Canada (Bristish Columbia, Ontario, Quebec,News Bruswick) and not any of them even compare to Fervents. The leadership team of Calum Mcguign-CEO and Mike Ford-former account coordinator, are exceptional. Calum leads by example, it is evident that he truely cares about his team and delivering results for the clients. He understands how to perfectly execute leaderships skills, guide and coach a team and when to trust a team to independently excel and grow on their own. Calum thinks differently, and is willing to try new things and take risks to build his company. Not many CEO's will come to each event to ensure the fludity of their events, but Calum not only is present to ensure his events run smoothly, but also ensure client satisifaction and is present to support and encourage his team. It was no surprise that Fervents placed in Forbes Top 47th growing companies. Any client or employee that get the chance to work with or for Fervents are in for treat!
