Word experience still can t understand how a dealership manager can be so rude . Drove from Chicago because Bosak had the color car we wanted to lease . No lease prices are online and sales guy told us he will give us price when we arrive . We knew the approx price of car but not leased price . When we arrived at our appt with Christian he was so nice and went through some basic questions about what we were looking for . These questions were even discussed on phone . We told him price range we wanted to pay for a lease . He insisted we test drive the car . We had already test drove the car in Chicago so before we knew price this was not necessary , especially with Covid . He said we must test drive before price is given . I then looked for manager to have him sit down and discuss we wanted lease price and once we discuss we will drive the car . Manager would not sit down with us and insisted I should know the price because it is online . No the leased price for this car is not online . We were very frustrated and couldn t believe the way we were treated when all we wanted was a price of a car we were going to lease that day and we had a scheduled appt . We were then told to leave and they have no interest selling us a car . So what did we do ? We went to South Shore Land Rover down the block returned our expired leased car and purchased another Ranger Rover. We were looking to downsize our payments but service is always so important . Shame on this dealership . I guess the owners wife can continue driving this car . I wish I could give 0 stars . I feel bad for the sales guy Christian because he lost commission .
