I ve been bringing my car for service to Santa Monica BMW for 5 years. I bring my car here because Cesar Pleitez always makes sure my car is well taken care of and up to date. He understands that people need their cars, so he ensures that I always get my car back in a timely manner. When it comes time to pay, he is helpful in breaking down all of the charges on my bill and explains what everything means. If it weren t for Cesar s customer service and professionalism, I wouldn t bring my car for service this far out.
