Avoid at all costs. The most stressful experience we have ever had! We rented a property that was untidy when we looked around, but we assumed would be cleaned and decorated before we moved in, as with previous lets we had.
The apartment was an absolute hovel when we got the keys - flithy, damp, mouse droppings, dirty un-hoovered carpets, none of the lights worked, rotted bath panel, mould all over the walls. Dirty dusty greasy blinds & windows. Just a disgusting state. Called the office to be told they were closing as it was a Saturday, and would request work to be done on Monday, but that they had had cleaners in and they couldnt get anyone out that day - utter lie (see pics). We had to spend 3 days cleaning before we could move our things in and then took moths to get anything fixed.
Ended the tenancy after just 4 months due to damp and mould issues which they refused to fix and were causing health problems.
Patronising, rude staff, and just generally an awful, stressful, bad experience and a total waste of money.
