A once proud resort in serious decline.

Four plus years ago a shining star when a Marriott property today a declining resort lacking in overall facility maintenance while nickel and diming each guest. The resort is in decline, lacks maintenance but charges a $28-day resort fee to use facilities like pool and wi-fi. Really...
We attended a family wedding. We booked a huge block of rooms at this family wedding most all wedding guests had the same issue, running toilets, slow shower drains so standing in 4" of water..., dirty air vents, wallpapering peeling, worn out carpet and overcharging at the front desk.

Our $45 room service was 15 minutes late and cold, wedding venues in decay, light bulbs out, rotting wood.

I booked a massage via phone week ahead, and asked for an email confirmation (never received), I called the minute arrive to cancel due to a wedding time change, the spa informed me a 24 hr. cancellation policy and charged my cc $270! I was never informed of this policy during any process of the booking and finally got it taken off my bill after waiting in long lines at check out. My brother had duplicate breakfast charges totaling over $45 and had to have his bill adjusted as well.
