Actually, even a star is too much! The package was apparently 9 days in delivery and although it was ordered early for Christmas, it came today only. Despite telephone consultation with the customer service, which we urge the urgency, it was said bravely by the deliverer that the package could not be delivered, even though we were at home! And today the package is simply squeezed into the mailbox so that the card in the package is folded. Unfortunately, not at all satisfied with the delivery by DPD.
