I took my F-150 in to see why it was running so rough with the Check Engine Light on. I had it scanned at Advanced Auto beforehand, but it was inconclusive. Well, Scott and the Service Team did a great job diagnosing and fixing it though it took 5 days to do so. The truck runs great, and I think the team performed wonderful.

The only reason this is not five stars is because I felt that, after laying out $2831, they could have at least vacuumed the interior and ran it through a carwash or something.

It really cheapens the experience and left me feeling less than satisfied overall.
