They lack professionalism and move like snails.
I was struggling for a few days to repair a printer and as a result of the so-called diagnosis they found that I had to replace the cartridges.
I asked for the price offer and what to see? It's not possible. I have to call their store or move to what I did.
I picked up the printer, bought cartridges and went back to the office to get the job done.
Arriving at the office I found that the problem was not solved, the printer still does not print the color black.
At the moment the printer is back in service. On the sheet I received from them they passed "Term of resolution: 24 / 08-2017" that is over a week !!!
In conclusion, the whole situation becomes a bad joke and a waste of time and money for me.
