A first-rate experience, unlike any I have had with other dealers. The work (coolant and brake fluid flush/fill, and replacement of a worn belt idler pulley and belt) was done on-time and for a reasonable cost. My service adviser (Michael) was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. The mechanic (name) was, who explained the work in more detail and answer a couple of questions afterwards, was also very high-level, articulate and an expert in his craft.
