This was our first time to have our BMW 320i in for service - I m 68, my wife is 72 and neither of us have ever had such a warm experience in dealing with a service facility. Upon arrival we were met by Mr. Brad Cochran, Service Advisor at BMW of Nashville. Brad took control of everything - advising of BMW s policies and maintenance/technical formats & inspection cycles. Expectations were far exceeded In every aspect of our visit. This was our first BMW purchase and I regret not owning several before this age in our lives. Your engineering, product reliability, and quality control are indeed impressive and we shall hopefully make another BMW purchase in the near future. Please convey our deepest thanks and humble gratitude to Brad and all those who made our visit nothing less than first class. We shall look forward to seeing you again in the future!!
