Fitness Zone exceeded my expectations. We ordered an Inspire functional trainer, knowing the lead time for shipping. When the product arrived, it was clearly damaged at some point in the shipping process (not due to packing, something was obviously dropped on it). I called Fitness Zone, spoke with the owner (how often does that happen??) and he was BEYOND accommodating. Not only did the second functional trainer ship quickly, but they actually followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was up to expectations. And it was. If you ve been forced out of gym due to COVID & are considering ordering from Fitness Zone, I wouldn t hesitate. The customer service here exceeded my expectations & I m super happy with the product too!
