I cannot say enough good things about my first experience at Midwest Orthopedics at Rush.
My initial spinal surgery consultation with Dr.Kern Singh was nothing short of grade A+ excellent. From the moment he entered the exam room and shook my hand, I could feel his warmth and confidence. He thoroughly explained the condition of my spine ( I have disc herniation in addition to spondylolisthesis, grade 2 vetebral slippage, with pars fracture). Dr.Singh explained how he had seen many patients with this condition, and he would surgically repair my back with a spinal fusion. He confidently assured me that the surgery would bring relief to my many months of intense pain, and restore my back to the active and productive life I have so greatly missed.
Dr.Singh's genuinely caring and assuring manner has given me hope and optimism, when before, things seemed so bleak. Now, I look forward to my surgery in 2 weeks.
