I have been a client for for years and I have recommended this dealer to my friends, most of the time they were nice and professional, but this time I m so disappointed and upset of their performance, to begin with I agreed to a sale price over their website, I showed up with my trade, they gave me a fair deal for it. The problem began when the salesman comes back from his manager with a different price, from the one agreed on, the salesman says oh we don t advertise our add ons, a 1500 dollars up over the agreed sale price, I had to make they split the difference for lying o the matter, which the agreed on.
When I finally got to the financial guy, I asked to have my trade paid to me and I will financed the rest, I even asked him how long will it take to get my cash back, he answer it takes 10 days to fund the loans pay my trade off , and get the title and then write a check to me, I even made sure to tell him to hold the check, because in my neighborhood we had had stolen mail lately, well it has been over 2 months and have not received my monies yet, I called just to find out, that they had dropped check on the mail to wait 7 to 10 days.
I will not ever buy from this people, an apology does not solves the problem, in my experience this was a disaster, NO I WILL NOT CONDONE THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL ACTS, I will no recommend future buyers, in fact I will not service my car with them, they are not worthy of my business or anyone s for the matter.
So if you think that with the pandemia you are going to buy a car online and they will have delivered to your driveway with the paperwork ready to sign, think twice, save a headache don t do it. After all of these years of buying cars, you d think that they will make the purchase of a car more pleasant, well you are wrong. I feel bad for the people who have less human abilities than me to negotiate a price, because finally this people are about the money and not the service they provide.
