There are better recruitment agencies out there. Make sure you do your research.

I witnessed numerous mistakes during my experience with them:

1) They put me forward for a role which they said starts of as temp but has the potential of becoming permanent. During the interview I found out from the employer that it is only a temp role without the possibility of becoming permanent, needless to say, it made the rest of the interview very awkward as I was no longer interested in the role.

2) I called up the agent after the interview to thank them for finding me the role and respectfully decline the role. The agent got defensive immediately.

3) I was sent another temp role despite me stating that I am mainly interested in permanent roles. When I tried to negotiate the hourly rate, the agent got very defensive and condescending, stating that with my experience I should be on a much lower rate, even though I have had multiple jobs whereby i have earned more than that rate.
