I am a native New Yorker and will keep to the directness of how we are known to be :)

Food: Oysters and Artisanal Cheese plates are what I recommend. They offer special pairings of oysters and wine as a happy hour offer.
Drinks: Excellent. Great wine selection.
Space: Very elegant and modern wine bar/restaurant. The bar is oval shaped large and open making it great for mixing and mingling. Great place to bring a date, impress your significant other or get-togethers.
Scene: People watching. Romantic. Date night. Pickup scene. Singles scene. Girls night out.
Crowd: 30-50s Pick-up scene. Mostly professionals and locals.
Service: Excellent! The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable & professional.
