Don t waste your time calling these people if you need help! David Kaplin (supervisor) was the worst person I have ever had to talk to on the phone! No help at all. This man should be fired for the way he spoke to me! Interrupted me SEVERAL times. Was told I had several options, but nothing was done on his end. Told me I could contact credit bureau but when I asked him why I couldn t handle this directly with them, his response was to blame it on my legislators!!! Called back to speak to Amanda (supervisor) and the same situation. I felt like I was talking to a robot! This is an attempt to collect a debt after I explained my encounter with David. Good luck trying to get these people to work with you. They just want that money!
