I've been driving Toyota cars for over 12 year and Jemca in Bracknell ruined my excellent experience with Toyota service. I've booked a day for service, confirmed numerous time by e-mail, took day off (as my satnav update cannot be done on Saturdays for some unknown reasons), packed kids into a taxi, arrived to Jemca and was told to go away, because they don't know how to do the update and they didn't order necessary parts. Shame Jemca... Not up to Toyota Standards.
