They really do not want to have private customers....

They really do not want to have private customers. They only focus on business. After introducing 10 EU account fees each month, I terminated my account - otherwise was a loyal customer for over 5 years. But there are alternatives where it is free to have an account, and without fees. However, the employees inside the bank are generally quite nice.
