They ain't Duke Energy, that's for sure. KUA manag...

They ain't Duke Energy, that's for sure. KUA managed to get our lights within 30 mins of an outage and had already detected it by the time I called (about ten minutes after the lights went off). No one is ever 100% happy with their power company, but KUA is great!
