I am not one to complain, I understand that we never know what someone is going through in life, but the sales consultant Fallon Smith was hateful, judgemental, and self righteous. I was super excited about a truck that I was going to pay for in full in cash, but she bummed me out so hard and assumed I wasn t gonna have the money, she had absolutely no business being in a car sales position, I ll take my money to one of those car salesman who basically make you feel like family and sell you more on themselves than the actual car. It d probably be best for this company to let her go, so that they can hire someone who actually knows how to sell a car.
