I called the John Moore dispatch number to request a service visit due to our AC failing to cool. This was on a Friday afternoon during a record heat wave in Houston. Dino arrived within a couple of hours. He quickly assessed the problem (coil freeze) and answered all of my questions. He came back the next morning after the coil had thawed out, checked the system again and added refrigerant. After verifying that the AC unit was operating within the acceptable limits he explained that should the freeze up reoccur, the issue may be equipment related but we will deal with that if and when it happens. I really appreciate Dino s stepwise approach to our problem. A less scrupulous serviceman/company would start replacing equipment and running up the bill immediately. I m a very satisfied customer.
