Worst company I have ever worked with. Price charged was high. Contracts leave many things uncovered. Customer service gives inaccurate information. Customer service supervisors frequently do not return calls. Service techs keep you waiting for many hours (one time there was an 8 hour wait and the reason he was sent was not covered by the contract). The company does nothing to help their customers when it comes to a warranty. If you are foolish enough to work with this company read your contract carefully and ask a lot of questions.
