I have a Ford edge check engine light is on. Schedule a appointment took my car in to be serviced. Why do I have to wait 24 hours to find out what's wrong from a diagnostic?That doesn't include repair . Why are you booking appointments when you have to many vehicles to service for the day? It's a big inconvenience when you don't have a second car . Let alone I have to wait 24 hours for a diagnostic at high price.
