Quinn and Laz on the pre-owned side were amazing. Not only did they help me find and buy a car that I LOVE, but they made the whole process fun and easy.

I had already spent the day at other dealerships not finding what I wanted and feeling disappointed in the service, selection, and price. This was my first big car purchase and I was nervous and excited but so far it has been a miserable experience. SO, by the time I showed up to Youngblood frustrated, tired, and ready to give up for the day.

Then came Quinn! He had an amazing personality and easily started to turn my mood around. My boyfriend and I actually started having fun and joking. He was upfront and to the point and didn t try to pull the wool over our eyes. He easily mirrored our vibe and made us both very comfortable.

Once we found the car, the financing came next. All my nerves came back but Laz was absolutely incredible. He was very kind and explained everything very clearly. There was no pressure and he answered all my questions. I never got the feeling like I was being sold something. He made it easy and stress free as possible.

Both of these gentlemen offered us food, water and asked so many times if we needed anything. They made it clear that if I had any questions I could text or call. I appreciate them both so much!
