I have never had such a negative experience and unprofessional behavior with any insurance company in my life. When i thought i was insured, paid 1/2 of the full payment to receive a letter a month later saying that they are cancelling. Sent emails to remedy but got vague responses and they were few and far between and only after i kept following up. 2 days prior to deadline i followed up to see where the process was i was told they're working on it. No response or follow up to the deadline whether they have rescinded my cancellation. They were done with me.
