I purchased an Acura TL on July 4th, and I just wanted to recognize two of your employees, Anna, the front desk clerk and Veronica Jones in Sales. Veronica's customer service and hospitality was impeccable. I felt warm and welcomed the second I stepped into Acura and was greeted by Veronica, not hesitating to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion about the vehicle. Veronica went out of her way numerous times to make sure i was taken care of promptly and I felt understood that she was very interested in my business. Upon putting my down payment by the cashier desk, I was being helped by Anna, there was a some complications upon putting my full down payment, but Anna went above and beyond my expectations into making sure the complications were resolved, not waiting until tomorrow, not letting me wait alone while she finds help, she took care of everything right then and there. I was extremely pleased by Anna's service.

This is how customer service is supposed to be. I want management to recognize these two individuals as they will be an asset to your company. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to Veronica. You guys are great :).
