The care and attention shown by the staff at the C...

The care and attention shown by the staff at the Countess is of the highest quality even allowing for the restrictions imposed by finances in difficult times. However all that care is spoilt by the car parking arrangements. On Monday my wife had an appointment at 9.30am and all went weill until we tried to leave. The ticket machine in the main corridor was out of order and the two machines outside had accumulated a queue of people, coins dropped through without effect, notes have to be pristine or the machine will not accept them and many people were having trouble with the card facilities. Not good when people are probably already at a low ebb and the the last thing they want is to have to struggle with a poor parking system. To be jollied along by attendants who seem to find it funny that people struggle with the system is not good.
