The service department is great on communication and details, but the sales department is horrible. They have adopted the mentality of instead of working out any reasonable deals "I'll sell it to the next sucker that walks in through the door." I would not buy anything from these people based off multiple attempts to have a reasonable conversation let alone actually purchase a vehicle.
