I am an intermodal owner operator I was with the company FORE Transport out of Harvey, IL before they were bought out by this joke of a company. Since we were all forced to sign on to Universal intermodal they have taken the toll reimbursements and implemented cargo insurance for intermodal container owner operators which is unheard of. They took our local drop n hook accounts and have company drivers working them ( who they now pay 2 dollars less an hour at $18.00 an hour is a laughable for operating a class A vehicle and no overtime) they try to force owner operators on regional runs that pay garbage and are live load/unload and do not pay tolls. I urge all owner operators to stop all operations for
This crooked joke of a company. The dispatchers are mostly mentally challenged especially Jose Rios, who I don t understand is still employed there the guy is useless In every aspect and isn t fit to be flipping burgers at McDonald s. I am no longer putting up with the robbery of owner operators that keep this sinking ship afloat I pray they are hit with the biggest lawsuit imaginable. OWNER OPERATORS PLEASE STOP BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND STOP OPERATIONS UNTIL You are fairly compensated
