Elite took over our property when the original owner we were renting from sold the house we reside in. All went well, it was an adjustment going from private renting to a managed rental, but Shelley and Charles (mostly who I dealt with) made it an overall pleasant experience. They answered a lot of my pesky questions and are lovely southern folks. The house we rent is now under a different property manager nearby and I miss the Elite team in Charlotte, NC very much. The new management company pales in comparison to the Elite management. We will be moving and hopefully find an opening with Elite in late spring 2020. Keeping our fingers crossed!!! Elite was always responsive to requests and questions, and the team did their job well! These days, compared to 25 years ago, people are slack at doing their jobs and staying on top of the ballgame. That's the last thing anyone renting a house wants from the management company!!! Thank you, Elite.
