I overall have positive feelings about my time at Hidden Lakes. The location is honestly unbeatable. The pond, ducks, and landscaping are very serene and peaceful. I lived in a 3rd-floor remodeled unit that had a washer/dryer inside. My bedroom window had an unobstructed view of the sunsets each night, which were amazing. Snow removal in the wintertime was prompt. There were a few negatives, however: my rent was almost $1,400 with the added trash/water fees; taking out your trash is literally a 15-minute chore that requires that use of your car; the package sorting system is a cluster. Toward the end of my year there, some questionable neighbors moved in, and the smell of smoke did permeate into my unit. Other than that, I honestly had a positive experience.
