I will start off by saying my rating is nothing to do with the professionalism of this company. They were fast in resolving my particular issue and to a satisfactory conclusion. However I have scored three due to the negative correspondence I had with Gary. My grievance was the manor in which my issue was resolved. I felt i was inconveniencing him which was not the experience I had from others.
