The hotel is very amusing with lots of sporty and slightly static activities (such as bingo). The hotel is very compliant and their customer service is very good when you are in practical solitude but if the bar is busy, your order gets ignored a numerous amount of times. Sometimes they are very unlogical because they task 3 waiters to one small job and truly gets quite pathetic edpacially during packed nights. They do have dog rooms and some views have a brilliant view of the sea. The rooms are fairly luxurious but for an adjustment, I would like the beds in the rooms to be static (they are on wheels and shift very easily). There is a teenager's club where children can enjoy themselves playing games. I would like an adjustment of the staff to be more controlling of the children because they get out of hand. And young children genuinely wonder into the teenagers club unsupervised and agitate all of the teenagers doing their things. There isn't any supervision what's ever actually in the teenager room, and to be honest there aren't many teenagers that are there but there are kids around the age of 11 and 12 or perhaps younger so I'm not entirely acquaintanced with the law of supervision on children under the age of 16 but I'm fairly certain that the hotels role in keeping the children in line and in safety is very unprofessional. Every night they put up beautiful cookies with a glass of cold milk in the reception with a small story to be read to babies heading off to sleep, so thier attitudes towards babies is very positive and appealing. I would like to see these changes please but overall your services are great.
